Luminira LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the VibeChart mobile application (“the App”) and related services.

1. Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate our services:

App Analytics: Apple may collect aggregated, anonymized analytics data (such as session duration, feature usage, and crash reports) through standard App Store infrastructure, subject to users’ device privacy settings and Apple’s own privacy policy. This data is processed by Apple and is not collected or stored by Luminira LLC.

Newsletter Signups: If you voluntarily sign up for our newsletter, your email address is collected and stored by Buttondown, our email provider.

Support/Feedback Emails: If you contact us at info@vibechart.app, we will receive and store your email address and the content of your message. You may also choose to include device or app version information to help us troubleshoot your issue. This information is provided voluntarily and is not collected automatically.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

VibeChart does not collect or store your relationship data, mood entries, chart content, or personal notes. All such data is stored locally on your device.

We do not access or transmit this data under any circumstances.

We do not collect location data, IP addresses, or unique identifiers beyond what is collected by Apple through standard app distribution.

Device Backups: Like all iOS apps, VibeChart’s local data may be included in your iCloud or iTunes device backup if you have backup enabled. This backup is managed entirely by you through your Apple account settings. Luminira LLC has no access to your backup data.

Data Export: If you use VibeChart’s export feature, the resulting file is stored in the location you choose (such as Files, iCloud Drive, or a third-party app). The security of exported data depends entirely on where you save it. Luminira LLC has no access to exported files.

3. Email Handling and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address or other personal contact information with third parties. We may disclose your contact information only with your explicit consent, such as when you:

Report a bug

Ask us to coordinate with Apple or another platform provider on your behalf

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following processors or platforms:

Apple Inc. – App analytics, app distribution, and in-app purchase management

Buttondown – Newsletter email storage and delivery

5. Your Rights

If you are a resident of the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we store about you (limited to email addresses and contact interactions)

Request correction or deletion of that data

Withdraw consent to processing, where applicable

Important Note: VibeChart stores all relationship data, mood entries, and chart content locally on your device. Luminira LLC does not collect, access, or process this information. Like all iOS apps, this data may be included in your iCloud or iTunes device backup if you have backup enabled — this is managed through your Apple account and is outside of Luminira LLC’s control. We cannot retrieve, review, or delete it on your behalf.

6. Children’s Privacy

VibeChart is intended for adult users. It is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the app or on our website. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
