We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate our services:App Analytics: Apple may collect aggregated, anonymized analytics data (such as session duration, feature usage, and crash reports) through standard App Store infrastructure, subject to users’ device privacy settings and Apple’s own privacy policy. This data is processed by Apple and is not collected or stored by Luminira LLC.
Newsletter Signups: If you voluntarily sign up for our newsletter, your email address is collected and stored by Buttondown, our email provider.
Support/Feedback Emails: If you contact us at [email protected], we will receive and store your email address and the content of your message. You may also choose to include device or app version information to help us troubleshoot your issue. This information is provided voluntarily and is not collected automatically.2. Data We Do Not Collect
VibeChart does not collect or store your relationship data, mood entries, chart content, or personal notes. All such data is stored locally on your device.We do not access or transmit this data under any circumstances.
We do not collect location data, IP addresses, or unique identifiers beyond what is collected by Apple through standard app distribution.Device Backups: Like all iOS apps, VibeChart’s local data may be included in your iCloud or iTunes device backup if you have backup enabled. This backup is managed entirely by you through your Apple account settings. Luminira LLC has no access to your backup data.Data Export: If you use VibeChart’s export feature, the resulting file is stored in the location you choose (such as Files, iCloud Drive, or a third-party app). The security of exported data depends entirely on where you save it. Luminira LLC has no access to exported files.3. Email Handling and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address or other personal contact information with third parties. We may disclose your contact information only with your explicit consent, such as when you:Request a refund

App Owner: Luminira LLCThese Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you (“you” or “the user”) and Luminira LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), the owner and operator of the VibeChart mobile application (“the App”).By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App.1. License and Restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VibeChart for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:Copy, distribute, or modify the app
Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the app
Use the app to harm, abuse, or exploit others
Use automation tools to scrape or manipulate the app2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
VibeChart allows users to track one relationship and view basic charts for free.
A VibeChart Plus subscription is required to track multiple relationships and access Insights.
All purchases are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system. We do not manage billing or issue refunds directly.
Pricing, features, and availability of paid features may change at any time.3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:The data you enter into the app and how you interpret it
Any personal decisions made based on charts or tracked information
Your own mental health, behavior, and relationship decisionsLuminira LLC makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, utility, or outcomes of the insights generated by the app.4. Privacy and Data Use
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and store data. In brief:All relationship data and emotion tracking entries are stored locally on your device and never transmitted to us.
Like all iOS apps, locally stored data may be included in your iCloud or iTunes device backup if you have backup enabled. This is managed through your Apple account and is outside of our control.
If you use the export feature, the resulting file is stored in the location you choose. The security of exported data depends on where you save it. We have no access to exported files.
If you sign up for our newsletter or contact us via email, we collect and store your email address for the purpose you initiated (e.g., support or updates). If you voluntarily include device or app version information in your message, we may use that to help diagnose issues. This data is provided by you and is not collected automatically.5. Termination and Access Restrictions
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app or any of its features if:You violate these Terms
You engage in unlawful, abusive, or harmful behavior

Data loss, business interruption, or emotional distress
Decisions made based on visualized data or insightsYour sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to discontinue its use.8. Governing Law
